the sea is a an INFINITE store of EVERYTHING.

Rare earths too,

but till date- EVERY single - Each one, Each and Every endeavor to mine metallic minerals from the sea has failed.

every single one. oil and gas are not metallic.

the EROI is horrendous.

and true to its fashion- the media will publish garbage articles like this about once every 6 mths.
